The Venue LED Par38 is an RGB fixture. I had to repair the LED Board. I had to guess on the voltage and current values using data from high output 5mm LED's available from Arrow Electronics. The calculated voltage values are very close to the voltage values read by a meter, so it seems to be a safe assumption.
Unless the LED's they are using are 30mA rated (which doesn't seem likley, since they appear to be run of the mill high brightness 5mm LED's), they designed this thing to run over the amperage rating of the LED's, which may be why I'm having to repair burnt out LED's.... Built to fail, ensure another sale.....
