Toggle flip flop question

Does the included T flip flop work correctly? It doesn’t seem to follow the truth tables I have read. I have constructed two other T flip flops below the included T flip flop, these seem to behave correctly?

Yes, T flip flop of EC does not function correctly. I tried making some counter once and it boomed 😂

HIGH constant at T input and a clock full periode gives a toggle. After T releases to LOW it needs one more clock cycle to take Q HIGH to LOW. Idk if this is a standard behaviour. But there are more methodes to toggle a FF

The flipflops in EC aren't implemented very well, not so stable as mentioned by hurz and keenza. Your setup seems okay working as expected at slow speeds, the T and D latch are toggling on rising edge, JK on the the falling edge. But your D latch configured as a toggle is complicated, you don't need the XOR, just loop the Not Q back to D.
