This battery monitor circuit uses 3 separate LEDs. The red LED illuminates from 6V to below 11V. It turns off above 11V and the orange LED illuminates between 11V and 13V, it turns off above 13V.The green LED illuminates above 13V.The maximum voltage to be reached is 15.8V before the LEDs break instantaneously.
*NOTE:
To adjust the voltage in the circuit tap on the voltage source(top right of the circuit) and set it to the different voltages and you'll notice the illumination of the LEDs.
