It's 645mHz now,not the freq. I want.
If you know the parameter of R₁,R₂,C , PLEASE COMMENT
(It work with 2+x speed)

555s should not be used for long timing devices- capacitor values over 10uF at pin2 have to potential to allow excessive overcurrent into the chip. That would of course, be bad..
