You might want to place 400 Ohm resistors in front of the lamps. You have 13V, one lamp requires 1.5V at 0.02A. Therefore: R = (13V-1.5V) / 0.02 = 550ohms

Sorry I made a mistake: 12V go to each lamp, and I wrongly remembered the result ^^ it are 525ohm, not 550 :P
