Logic reporting comparator

After testing different designs for a little while I found a way to use a comparator and have it report in logic 1 or 5 if the voltages are the same. 1. Blue is input 1 and green is input 2, orange is output. 2. To test it just change whichever input you want and watch the LEDs light up. 3. Red is," They're not the same." Green is," Yes, they're the same." 4. To make it great make both inputs the same and to make it red just make them different. 5. Enjoy and do with it all you want. The way this can help is that sometimes you will need to find out if two inputs are the same but you want this in a yes or no type of fashion. So you would use this to test ANALOG voltages(there are already logic gates for digital voltages) and turn the output of the comparator(first op-amp to the left) into a digital reading. I found this to be able to detect even 0.01 change in voltage: I have not tested it too much. I have added this to some other circuit that is a type of sequential lock that can be reprogrammed and it uses this to determine weather the user used the correct pass code based on analog voltage. Any questions on this circuit or any other just comment and if I got something wrong please tell me. P.S might add led displays later to spell out YES or NO.
