but....
No sequential input.
Not enough gates to turn on the red LED in case you punch in 7261. The binary 1 belongs to 1 decimal AND 9 as it is 1001 too! So it won't turn on the red LED. 
Running low on space....
The logic gate circuit easily separates the desired code from the undesired once. The AND gates collect all the 4 digit code and the OR gates collect any wrong number.
