Re=(from 0.1 to 0.5)Rc
Vc=Vcc/2
Rc=Vc/Ic
Rb=hfe((Vbb-Vbe)/Ie - Re)
To increase stability of transistor circuit we increase resistance of Re (therefore as well reduce Rb)
With changing Re need to change Rb as well (as formulas above)
