Supposedly if you hook the inputs up to the outputs of T flip-flop you will get a binary counter.... or something equal.

Actually it's a 2 to 4 binary decoder.

And there are no flip flops in the circuit.

In sorry crazy, but i said to hook up the inputs to t flip flops. And a binary decoder is wired differently. It may be in the same family but it is different. It is made (by me ) to count up by way of the toggle flip flops. Please explain your side to the argument...
