Circuit for rtd temp probe. 100 ohm resistor on far right represents temp probe, it can be adjusted to around 200 ohms while maintaining constant 1mA current. OpAmp amplifies voltage drop into range of ~ 0-1.8v to be read by ADC

Current is constant on the load resistor (the one on the far right) regardless of its resistance. The 10M ohm resistor represents a voltage measuring probe
