Reduce the current limiting resistor sized so the led can work. All leds in this app are 2v and 20ma regardless of color. 12v-2v=10v÷20ma=500 ohms. Hope this helps

You have to decide if you need 1k resistors in real life to support 2mA Led's if so adjust your led current to 2mA, or if you have 20 mA leds adjust you resistors as per what wyoek says.
