Why this circuit generate GV?

. Curent sources are all oposite to voltage sources. When voltage sources connected by zero resistance create uber gigainfinite short current a current source when connected by infinite resistance creates uber megainfinite voltage. So u must have an infinite resistance on their way and unrealistic situation and gigavoltages are created like short circuit and infinite currents in voltage sources.

@manu The GVs are coming from the power source with the Arrow in it. That source will produce any Voltage up to & including GV, until it's programmed current level is reached.

That source CAN be used as a current limiter, if provisions are in place to prevent the voltage from going too high. To do that, decide the highest voltage you want to allow and install a resistor that will satisfy the set current level at that highest voltage level decided upon.
