With rectifier, delivers about 24uA @ 110V DC = 24mw. Push button to start.
Terrible design, but works for some purposes. Transistor must tolerate almost -1kV at its base. Cannot drive a step-down transformer. I'm very surprised it's not stopped by the smoothing capacitor. Frequency sensitive to all sorts of things including transistor gain.
