Here i am not demonstrating the boost converter but the power mosfet driver. The power mosfet can be any one like FQP30N06L or IRF 3710 etc, but the cross bar driving mosfets are small one's TO92 case usually those i am working on, they coming 300-400mA continues drain current the codes of them are BS 270 or ZVNL110A or any similar.ENJOY. 9/9/24 i just modify this sircuit into a Voltage regulator just play with input supply voltage of inductor and don't be suprise......this regulator will replace the old burn one of a LIFAN 110cc it took me almost a year for this sircuit.
