Minimum component count oscillator. Vary the frequency through the values of resistance R (ohms) and capacitance C (Farads) , f (hz) = 1 / (R * C). Voltage divider resistors vary the threshold at which the op amp switches polarity. Adjust one or both to see the effect it has. Push button is needed to start the simulation but would be omitted in a real circuit.

1/(1kOhm * 10uF) = 100Hz But your circuit oscillates with ≈10Hz!
