Help for single phase induction motor wiring

I have a single phase induction motor with 6 pin connector. As picture shows from top left to right is P3 T1 T8 they are all bridged. Underneath from left to right is P1 T5 T4. T5 and T4 are bridged. If I supply live to T5 neutral to P1 the motor turns ccw. On the motor says EXCHANGE T5 T8 TO CHANGE ROTATION. My question is how to exchange T5 T8. Also I'm using 220v single phase. Does make difference is I swap live and neutral. Thx for help
