Shuffle-effect circuit

Shuffle-effect circuit using relays. This is an effect circuit that can reproduce the effect of the divergence meter that appears in the TV game Steins;Gate. Since a Nixie tube decoder for all digits could not fit in the space available, the digits other than the last digit where the effect is completed are simply replaced with lamps. If the number of digits is reduced, it can be used as a clock effect. It may also be good for countermeasures against the cathodic poisoning phenomenon. This circuit takes advantage of the fact that a delay circuit that uses discharge time can provide a longer delay than a delay circuit that uses charging time. A charging delay occurs immediately after power-on and at the end of the effect, but this should not be a problem since it is not something that is used repeatedly.
