Floor and light sensor nightlight

It only works at night(SPST switch opened) and when you touch the floor sensor(push button pushed down). CdS photo resistor sensor is the SPST switch and the 5k-ohm resistor, push button is the floor sensor, the blue LED is the lower power light, and the white lamp is the high power light.
