This project is design as a simple circuit whose aim is to double the output voltage using the voltage multiplier principle. If the input voltage is a 5V dc, then the output voltage will be around 10V dc. This design is based on a 555 timer IC operating in a Astable mode.to deliver the required clock pulses needed to charge the capacitors of the Voltage amplifier. The capacitors are arranged in series with the two diodes and charged to develops the voltage almost equal to two time the input voltage. NOTE: If you decreases the value of the two capacitors, the output voltage will further increases. 5V input @8uF = 10V output 5V input @5uF = 11.1V output (Ex.:8uFdecreases to 5uF)
