Need help. How can I simulate Solarpanel (100 W, 20V, 5A DC)?
In my circuit I use a voltagesource of 20V. But i can not modify a current.
The reason why I am trying to do this is, I want to put a SMD 0805 behind the 850 om resistor.
The SMD 0805 needs 2.5V and can take 0.025 A max. So I need to reduce the voltage of source from 20V to 2.5 V. That means a voltagedrop need to be 17.5 V. So I can calculate the resistor 17.5 V / 0.025 A=700 Om.
The next question is, can I somehow simulate a SMD with its Data (0.025W and 2.5V) or I need to use a bulp symbol?
