A D latch made with only MOSFETs. CLK switch sets state of Q to state of D switch when closed. _Q is complement of Q. Output voltage is near equal to power voltage. Will use a maximum of 160 microamps of current on its own. Works with 3.3V input voltage. All components apart from resistors and power source use default values.
