Level Shifter - IC

That is the simplest level shifter circuit in IC design. It takes a signal which has 3.3V amplitude and produce a new signal with same frequency at 10V. This design is in Integrated Circuits and solves the opening problem of P type mosfets. If you are working with analog circuits, you can do the same operation with a single N type power mosfet and a high resistance. Enjoy!
