Doesnt seem to work and. I dont know why

Update: Thanks to dvwelch's comment I was able to fix circuit.  Since the transformer isolates both sides of the circuit I need to add a ground refrence to the output.

You forgot to add a ground connection on the output side of the transformer. Also, the 50nf and 20nf caps need to be a non-polarized.
