This is not a Colpitts, it's a Vackar circuit. They were usually designed and operated by Ham Radio operators and usually at a much lower frequency. Nice circuit. Fun to play with. Even inside Everycircuit.

I’m not 100% sure but I just compared some Colpitts and Vackar oscillator circuits and I would still say this is a Colpitts as the vackar appears to have at least three series capacities in the resonant circuit.

Ok i just looked it up and it seems like the vackar is a better version of the Colpitts Oscillator which includes more capacities (not necessarily in series) so it archives more stable frequency output.
