In this Circuit you can see a Simple skematic how you can Convert a 12V "Hallsensor-Signal" to a 5 Volt Squerwave Signal in this Skematic are 2 Versions the left is via a NPN Transistor so you can get a invertet Signal and on the right one you see a skematic with a Zener Diode.
For what did i need it? Hm... i will take the old "Tacho - Signal" and i will make a Shiftbargraph with leds so i need this and a Standalone Microcontroller too.
