Car dome light dimmer with delay

This is car dome light dimmer with delay. This circuit is connected parallel to the switch of the dome light that is controlled by the door switches.

Now I need some help with this circuit...

I need a function which shuts down the lights  automatically even if the door is left open. Good time delay would be about 5 minutes. 

Any help???
