I just went into an experiment of how powering a 1kv lamp with 232v and it worked, the way i did is just put 1kOhm resistor parallel with the lamp and it worked, many thanks to Phenomrascalov for helping

Sorry, but I feel you are failed much sooner in our carrier in understand less complex components. One step back is just a coil, check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5031300908187648

You can use a 1k resistor which is parallel with 1kv lamp.

Dont see it working. At least the bulb burns longer. Do not underestimate the amount of energy you can store in a coil, but this takes a while and not just a millisecond keypress. Check this and open the switch http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4847510466330624

Im sorry for you! Run your circuit from start with closed switch and open it as first action, see what happens.
