simple circuit and i am making a 16bit computer and i am making tests and clocks so yea that's it just if some on wants to see how these work here ya go

so the operation amplifier works like: if the positive side is hire voltage than the negative as you see on the 2end one the L.E.D turns on but if the negative side is hire voltage than the positive side the L.E.D doesn't turn on as you see on the 1st on and that's how it works.

It amplifies the difference in voltage between the inverting and non-inverting inputs. But in this setup you will only ever get the max + or - output of the two rails. Now if you introduce negative feedback, we’ll that’s a whole nother ballgame.

just make the 1st one positive battery 10v it will turn on and make the 2end on negative battery 10 it will turn off
