No, it's a three way switch. I'm a licenced Electrician. Each switch has two travelers. Look up three way switch diagrams on google and learn something.

In Australia this is called a two way switching, I am also a licensed electrician. Two switches two way, three switches, three way.

Interesting, the different way we look at things. In the U.K. It's a two way switch because you operate it from two different locations, for example upstairs and downstairs.

And there is no need to get offensive about it when I was trying to help, having seen you had only recently joined.

I hope that I was not being offensive.

I was unaware that you were in a different country. I apologize for my hostility. I thought you were insulting my intellect. Yeah, three way switching in the states doesn't make sense as there are only two switches.

Hi! Look no problem. I'm in the UK rather than the states though :-) I'm not sure why in your country it would be called a 3 way switch - but I don't need to know the logic behind that :-)

We are modeled from German hydraulics, which is now the world standard for hydraulics.

Is the third way center off? Years ago I used to work on some tri-state electronic logic, +15, 0, -15.

No. Its a dtdp crossover with no intermediate position.

Billy; your some new type of terrorist without any circuits to explore. Its called every circuit for a reason. What does this tri-state look like?
