In real life the frequency is lower using 2 X lm358 (~35khz). The second top opamp is not critical, here is used for triangle wave buffer. The efficiency boosting from ~10volts to ~19volts is around 80%. Maybe can be improved if the inductor is tuned for the lower frequency. In my real life converter im driving the mosfet (IRLZ44N) using andgate befor the gate for sharp on/off signals, but the transistor gets very hot at high currents(~2amps output @ 19volts).
