No the simulation timer is adjusted. In standard time its 10 hz, no regular 555 has that capacity

Thz oscillation is not acquired through conventional means. No transistors no inductors or capacitances,but with different kind of equipment gunn diodes and stuff. Maybe in a few years when vacuum transistors are developed and released things might change but the time being there are not solid state devices that can oscillate at THz.
