In this project, I wanted to recreate a basic HI/LO side dual input mosfet driver ic. This component configuration (diode and the cap...) will provide the stable, low resistance switch on due to the higher gate voltage at the upper side mosfet, which is the complicated part of this half bridge (The gate voltage should be higher, than the source potential, if we want to turn it on properly. The gate needed a higher voltage boost, which is solved by the "Diode-Cap" supply solution).
After the half bridge success, I made the other half bridge driver, (right side) and connect the same input as the first one, (left side) but shift the signal phase by 180° by simpli exchange the HI and LO input pins, compared to the oder driver.
So now, I've got a nice fullbridge, to turn DC into squarewave AC.
In the animation it's working, as it should be.
