Simple uninterrupted power supply Plz if any suggestions

It's not an uninterrupted power supply if relays are used for switching sources, because a relay always has a time during switching - even if it is quite short - when there is no connection between in- and output. A "real" UPS works a little different. Basically AC in -> rectifier -> battery charger and DAC -> AC out. When the in-voltage fails (going below 86% of nominal voltage) the DAC is powered by the battery, which is ... kind of ... running paralell to the rectifier. There are a few more components and some more "internal steps" involved, but that's the easiest way to explain.
