The peculiarity of this counter is that operates only with Negative Edge Triggered T-Flip Flops and doesn’t require a clear/reset input for the T-Flip Flops. Additionally it doesn’t require the counter implemented in “EveryCircuit”.
Unfortunately all Flip Flops of this application have the great disadvantage, that they do not provide a Negative Edge Triggering and that they don’t have a clear/reset input, actually a standard for FFs. My contact with “EveryCircuit“ on this matter, remained unanswered.
