easiest solar light cicuit. little bit inefficient because of non-sharp switching between on and off, but dead simple. ac-source plus resistor is 5,5V solarpanel. capacitor is energy storage (1 cell lithium ion with protection, 3 serial NiMH or 5,5v ultracapacitor)
