Ah, I see you discovered this circuit will run LEDs in parallel- that's good. Now imagine it's your job to design a blinking display- you've got to be creative because you want it to sell. After all, you have all those cats to feed. Keep this in mind: as long as all connections stay the same, it doesn't have to look like a worn out cookie cutter schematic. Make It Spiffy.....
