Nice circuit man, but I think I see one problem. If you were trying to make a ring oscillator, you want to make sure you have an odd number of inverters in the feedback loop. Having an odd number of inverters means that the signal being fed back into the "first" inverter is always the opposite of the original input signal that produced it, leading to oscillation.
