Two transistor Flip-flop LED blinking ckt.  Two NPN transistor used.  Blinking frequency can be changed changing capacitor value.

Typically, this is called an astable multivibrator. Flip-flop would imply a bistable circuit that only changes state on different inputs. Add some switches or a binary signal to accomplish this.
