A simple pulse width modulator with a  555 timer.  The 1.9 resistor is a seat heater, ~20 ft of 30awg wire. Mosfet to protect the 555 from the heater draw amperage.

Can't open circuit. It says unknown component. How is that possible?

It's uses a 555 timer to create the delay in the pulse.
