The idea behind this circuit is to switch the Rx and Tx lines of an Arduino to 1. an Ethernet circuit or 2. a Wifi circuit. So we would need two of these circuits to accomplish that. The switch is to switch between ethernet and wifi. The Square wave would be the Rx or Tx Line. The Switch would be a digital pin on the Arduino. You could use 1 transistor to ground for the two switches of course
