this is a smiple led fader when its turned on. it set at 2.8 volt without the resistor to the led. i had fullowed the same resistor and capacitor value from youtube but they are using 9 volt battery. i am sure it will blow the led out that he did not put the resisteor inline with the led. oh boy. i guess his battery is low. oh well.
