Todo circuito complexo a dois terminais pode ser resumido em uma fonte de tensão independente com um resistor em série.

Passo a passo:
-  Abrir o circuito nos pontos terminais desconectado a carga
- VTH = Vin x R2/(R1+R2) *divisor de tensão
- Desconectar a carga, curto circuitar a fonte e calcular a resistência equivalente
- RTH = (R1//R2) + R3
