Help please Fans w LEDs

Replace lamps with fans, replace switches with 10k thermistors. When mock up on breadboard, circuit is always on. Fans are 12v .62mA thinking transistors are too small... 2N7000Gs

Puth the open ends of the potentioeters (variable resistors) to ground.

Updated with ground to the pots, also cleaned up. Try a mock up later.

Circuit now works in practice, although 10k trim pot is insufficient. Going to 1k drops fan voltage to 1v whereas 500k pot raises fan to 5v. Counter intuitive.
