Much like the S-R flip flop, except that the end products are backfed into a 3-input AND gate. Q' is anded with the (Clk)' and J (set). Q is anded with (Clk)' and K (reset).
Edit: fixed the 3-input AND NAND to be AND AND. Works without the op-amp now!
