Voltage source is AC 240v supply. Capacitor are ceramic plated capacitor which are used in cfl circuits. Becoz these are more responsive. Led use is 5w cool bright chip which consume 900ma at 9-12volt supply .. At PWM form supply led gets less hot and run for a long time without noticable flashes...

From what source(in this world) is this 240 volts peak derived from as a main in real life? If you hook this up to a 240 volts rms main you chip will put 1.5 amps on this led. That is because 240 volts rms is 339 volts peak.

Its rms value ... In general AC written in RMS ..

But yours is 170 rms...240 peak. Not 240 rms/339 peak... So in real life on a 240 volt circuit your led does 1.5 amps not .9

If led have capablity to hold 1A than why should it use 1.5A .. Its led not peltier which is current hungry..

The AC source needs to be set to 339 volts peak to get a rms of 240 volts. When you connect your circuit, designed for 240 volts peak and 170 volts rms to a main of 339 volts peak and 240 volts rms, your circuit will put out 1.5 amps not 0.9 amps. This is because your circuit is designed for 170 volts rms and you expect 0.9 amp. When in reality your circuit connected to a source of 240 volts rms puts out 1.5 amps.

Change the source to 339 volts, this is the peak setting for AC not the rms setting.

At 339 volts you will see what happens when you plug this into 240 volt rms circuit. I dont know why i made it so hard to see what im talking about.
