This is a toggle switch wt one button.
Momentary press = on
Press & hold = off
Here is working fine. I tried it out in real but was not working :-(  ***(updated)*** :-)
##Please if you'll try it in real and find the fine best values of caps and resistors to make it work please leave a comment or sent me the link of yours.##

Now is working in real. Check the values. The gate is a common 7400 quad nand. The value of the 100nF cap is not critical you can use any value from 10nF

Well my friend, it DOES work, but with very very very short time delay. Just increase the capacitor by 3 orders of magnitude, from 100nF to 100uF.

@ofer. The timming is not really the problem. In real application the switch is not pulling down the logic input and leaves it to floating position. I try to lower the resistor value but became more unstable. I didn't had the time for more tries. If you do it let me know
