display of binary, not hex. with a time application to trigger. ie trigger a relay to turn off and on a device. red switch acts as a safety disarming trigger, green push buttuon clears chips, while orange is powered, unpower orange to hold timer. note how chip 2 is hooked up. setting a number is done by the IO buttons.
