Line AC voltage is converted with isolation transformer and rectifiers to DC and fed into numerous 10 Watt light bulbs to divide off different supply voltages in series or parallel wired for current control to charge different types of batteries or power supplies.  Bulbs can be painted or covered if needed.

Jury-rigged power supplies and battery chargers by adding, subtracting, or changes  of bulb wattage.
