The negative supply voltage is floating and has no direct connection to ground.

Remove the negative supply and replace it with ground. Also take the output from the first stage from the collector rather than the emitter and it should work. Also why are you biasing the input when you're running it through a decoupling capacitor. One more thing. Your amp works perfectly up to 200mv input (around 6V pk-pk output) and is very well designed topology. I consider using it in some projects of mine. Just follow the tweeks I suggested and you'll bring it to its full potential. Ill just use bc550 low noise transistors and lm7815 and everything should be peachy ;)
