Reuse of a both side fused fluorescent lamp. Replace the fluorescent lamp in place of incandescent lamp in the ckt by shorting two individual pins of the both end .

You can practically re-use a fused fluorescent lamp by using this ckt. I used an incandescent lamp instead of a fluorescent lamp beaccus unavailability of ckt symbol for fluorescent lamp. Componen details are listed below. 
Resistors - 82 Ω 1watt ,1M Ω 1 W, 470 K Ω 1W 2 nos. 
Capacitors-470nF/630v non polarised(ceramic type) 2 nos, 10µF/350v polarised 2 nos.
Diode-1N4007 2 nos. 
Fused tube light I.e fluorescent lamp 12W 4"
Power supply 230V AC 50Hz.
